Call for Judges
Thank you to everyone that has contacted us about judging this year's Technology Symposium!
We have all of the judges we need for this year and can't wait to see you on the day of the event.
The Technology Symposium is more than simply a way to showcase UTC's student research and projects, we want this to be an event that is open to the community for many different ages and education levels.
We would like to invite the Chattanooga area community to help with judging this year's Technology Symposium.
How you can help
We are asking for your help and to be a part of this community by becoming a judge. We need people from all backgrounds and specialties to help judge projects.
Technology for Judging
You can use your phone to access a web-based application for judging. Prior to judging, we will send you instructions to log-in to access the judging application. Trust us, it’s easy! We’ll have help available for any technology issues.
The Judging Experience
On the day of the event, simply login and follow the instruction for the web-based application, and the 5-7 projects assigned to you. The floorplan will make it easy to find your projects. For each project, you will use the online rubric to rate the project in seven categories. Students will be available during the judging time period to present their findings and answer any questions. Every project will have 3-5 judges.
