2020 Virtual Conference on Sustainability in Higher Education

In October 2020, UTC hosted AASHE’s Global Conference on Sustainability in Higher Education. This conference was live until November 22nd, 2020. Participants registered for three full days worth of live content and networking, plus thirty days of on-demand access. This global conference was made possible with funding from Student Green Fees.

Hosted by the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE), the 2020 conference is the largest stage to exchange effective models, policies, research, collaborations and transformative actions that advance sustainability in higher education and surrounding communities. Topics included Campus Operations; Culture and Communications; Governance and Administration; Racial Equity and Social Justice; Student Organizing and Activism, among others.
