Positions are available with the University Help Desk, IT Solutions Center, Field Support or Project Management teams. Information Technology has a variety of student employment opportunities.
Student employees are responsible for providing tier 1 (email, phone, and remote) support as well as tier 2 (hardware, software, and virus) support for UTC students, faculty, and staff. Student employees are expected to exhibit exceptional customer service and problem solving abilities.
Student employees will be trained to troubleshoot advanced technical issues and provide support for University-specific requests.
